O Selangor PKNS Sub21 é um clube de futebol da Malásia com sede em Shah Alam, Selangor. O clube atualmente disputa a Liga Premier da Malásia, a segunda divisão do futebol malaio. O Selangor PKNS Sub21 foi fundado em 2007 e é o clube de futebol sub-21 do Selangor PKNS FC. O clube tem um estádio próprio, o Estádio Shah Alam, com capacidade para 80.372 pessoas.

O Selangor PKNS Sub21 tem uma história relativamente curta, mas já conquistou alguns títulos. Em 2014, o clube venceu a Liga Nacional Sub-21 da Malásia e em 2016, venceu a Taça da Malásia Sub-21. O clube também representou a Malásia na Copa da AFC Sub-19 em 2016, onde chegou às quartas de final.

O atual treinador do Selangor PKNS Sub21 é o malaio Razip Ismail. O clube é conhecido por seu estilo de jogo ofensivo e por ter um grande número de jogadores jovens e talentosos. Alguns dos jogadores mais promissores do clube são o atacante Wan Zack Haikal, o meio-campista Syahmi Safari e o zagueiro Amirul Azhan.
