Wikipedia - ŠKF Sereď

ŠKF Sereď (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈserec]) is a Slovak football team, based in the town of Sereď, that plays in the 3. Liga, the 3rd tier of Slovak football. It was founded as Sereďský športový klub in 1914. The club won the Slovak 2. Liga in 2017–18, thereby gaining promotion to Slovakia's first division.

Promotion to Fortuna Liga

Sereď played the 2017–18 season in the second tier of the Slovak football league system. They finished the season in first place, winning the 2. liga championship and earning promotion to the Slovak Super Liga where they will play in 2018-19. In the 2021–22 season of Fortuna Liga, Sereď finished as 5th team, but despite this, they did not obtain license for the next season, because the club was missing infrastructure - stadium.

O SK Sered, ou simplesmente Sered, é um clube de futebol eslovaco com sede em Sereď, na região de Trnava. Foi fundado em 1914 e, atualmente, compete na Fortuna Liga, a primeira divisão do futebol eslovaco.

O estádio do clube é o Štadión pod Zoborom, com capacidade para 4.500 espectadores. As cores tradicionais do Sered são amarelo e azul.

O clube tem um longo histórico no futebol eslovaco, tendo conquistado a Copa da Eslováquia por duas vezes, em 2011 e 2012. Também foi campeão da Segunda Divisão Eslovaca em 2011-12 e 2014-15.

O Sered é conhecido por sua forte base de torcedores e por sua atmosfera animada nos jogos em casa. O clube tem uma rivalidade de longa data com o FK Senica, outro clube da região de Trnava.
